Heat retained within the housing means more energy available to the turbine, increasing spool-up and performance.

A novelty to the market is the fabric, so called fiber glass, coated with volcanic rock. This fabric has found its way to the new turbine blankets.
The high strainability of this fabric makes it an ideal choice for this application. The turbo blanket is offered complete with installation accessory and 1,5m heat wrap for the downpipe.
